UK DELIVERY
Standard delivery within the UK is free and takes 2-3 business days. Next-day delivery is available for an additional charge; rates are shown at checkout.
EUROPE DELIVERY
For orders under £50, a delivery fee ranging from £4.99 to £7.99 may apply, based on item dimensions. Free standard shipping is provided on orders over £50, though some locations in Europe may have varied rates.
USA & OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Minimum order for delivery is £100. For orders between £100-£200, a delivery fee of £19.99 will apply. Orders above £200 qualify for free standard delivery. All international orders, including those to the USA and Europe, have an estimated standard delivery time of 2-5 business days, depending on whether they meet the free shipping requirements. Our aim is to offer excellent value and service. That’s why we ship directly from our fulfillment centers in the UK and Europe.
GLOBAL SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We’re pleased to provide worldwide shipping, though some locations are not supported. If we’re unable to ship to your country, we will reach out to notify you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
iSparkuku Ltd cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order. If we made an error with your order, we will fully cover the cost of sending the correct item to you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may apply once your items have shipped. By ordering with us, you acknowledge that one or more packages may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days, not including our 1-day processing time. Shipping times may vary due to customs or clearance delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. Note that tracking may sometimes be unavailable for certain free shipping options.

For some carriers, tracking information can take 1-3 business days to update. If more than 7 business days have passed since your order was placed and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN A SINGLE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping.
