Refund & Returns

To request a refund or initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in the original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as when received. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return items to our warehouse unless the item arrived damaged or did not match the description. In these cases, the seller will cover the return shipping.

Please be aware that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or an incorrect item, please get in touch immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it as needed.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note, banks or credit card companies may take some time to complete the transaction.
